Wakeman Town Farm (UNDER THE BANNER OF Westport PARKS + REC) ADHERES TO ADA POLICIES

The Town of Westport Parks and Recreation Department (Wakeman Town Farm falls under this umbrella) adheres to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) to ensure equal access to its programs and facilities. The Town offers an Inclusive Recreation program and a policy to make reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities. The Town is committed to providing accessible programs and facilities, though the Town is not required to fundamentally alter its services or incur undue financial burdens to comply with the ADA. 

RESTROOM AND ALL-TERRAIN VEHICLE
Wakeman Town Farm offers both an ADA-compliant restroom and an all-terrain wheelchair onsite. The Farm also offers a range of programs for uniquely abled populations, including classes for children and adults with special needs and abilities.

SERVICE ANIMALS

Service animals specifically trained to aid a person with a disability are welcome. Emotional support animals are not permitted, and no pets are allowed.
